By accessing and using mainlab.es, MergeExcel (mergeexcel.es) or Don't Be Influenced services, you accept these Terms of Use in their entirety. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you should not use our services.

2.1. mainlab.es
Informational portal and portfolio of open source projects developed by Jaume Sampol Alcover.
2.2. MergeExcel (mergeexcel.es)
Free web tool to merge, combine and join Excel files. Key features:
- 100% local processing in the user's browser
- Files are never uploaded to any server
- Free and no registration required
- Supports formats: .xlsx, .xls, .csv, .ods and others
2.3. Don't Be Influenced
YouTube comment analysis tool using Artificial Intelligence. Features:
- Sentiment analysis of public comments
- Bot and spam pattern detection
- AI-generated summaries
- Free and no registration required
3. Acceptable Use
You agree to use the services responsibly and legally. The following is NOT permitted:
- Using services for illegal or fraudulent activities
- Attempting to access systems or data without authorization
- Performing denial of service attacks (DoS/DDoS)
- Abusively automating service use (excessive scraping, bots)
- Interfering with normal operation of services
- Using services to harass, defame or harm third parties
- Violating third-party intellectual property rights
- Distributing malware, viruses or other malicious code
3.1. Specific Usage Limits
Don't Be Influenced:
- Reasonable use of the service
- Only for analysis of public YouTube content
- Not to be used for defamation or harassment campaigns
- Respect YouTube's Terms of Service
4. Intellectual Property
4.1. Our Content
The design, code, texts, graphics, logos and other website content are property of mainlab or third parties who have authorized their use. They are protected by intellectual property laws.
4.2. Open Source Projects
Some projects may be available under open source licenses. In that case, the terms of the specific license indicated in each project apply (MIT, GPL, Apache, etc.).
4.3. Your Content
You retain all rights to files you process with MergeExcel (which never leave your device) and to data you enter in any of our services.
5. Disclaimer of Warranties
⚠️ IMPORTANT: Services are provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE", without warranties of any kind, express or implied.
We do not guarantee:
- That services will function uninterrupted or error-free
- The accuracy, reliability or completeness of results obtained
- That services will meet your specific needs
- Permanent availability of services
5.1. MergeExcel
- We do not guarantee that file merging will preserve all formats, formulas or macros
- We recommend maintaining backups of your original files
- The user is responsible for verifying results before using them
5.2. Don't Be Influenced
- AI analyses are indicative and may contain errors
- Bot/spam detection is based on patterns and is not 100% accurate
- Results should not be considered absolute truth
- We are not responsible for decisions made based on analyses
6. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, mainlab and its owner shall not be liable for:
- Direct, indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages
- Loss of data, profits or business opportunities
- Business interruption
- Damages arising from use or inability to use services
- Third-party content accessible through our services
This limitation applies even if we have been informed of the possibility of such damages.
7. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless mainlab, its owner, collaborators and providers against any claim, demand, damage, loss or expense (including legal fees) arising from:
- Your use of the services
- Your breach of these Terms
- Your violation of third-party rights
- Your violation of any applicable law

We reserve the right to:
- Modify or discontinue any service at any time
- Change features, functionalities or usage limits

- YouTube/Google: To obtain public comments and video data
- Google Gemini: For natural language processing
- Cloudflare: For CDN and security
Use of these services is subject to their own terms and policies. We are not responsible for third-party services.
11. Modifications to Terms
We may modify these Terms of Use at any time. Changes take effect from publication on this page. Continued use of services after changes implies acceptance of the new terms.
12. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is deemed invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in effect.
13. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by Spanish law. Any dispute shall be submitted to the competent Courts and Tribunals according to applicable regulations.
